5. Comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws and regulations.

WhereToo Shop reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate platform policies.

4. Products & Services

Vendors are solely responsible for:

1. Product authenticity
2. Product quality
3. Pricing accuracy
4. Delivery arrangements
5. Customer support
6. Warranty and after-sales services

WhereToo Shop does not manufacture, own, or directly sell products listed by vendors unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments

Payments on the platform may be processed through third-party payment providers including mobile money, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other supported payment methods.

WhereToo Shop is not responsible for:

1. Banking delays
2. Payment provider issues
3. Failed transactions caused by third-party systems

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders after successful payment confirmation.
