This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned on our platform.

1. Return Eligibility

Products should generally be returned within:

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  3. Include accessories/manuals where applicable
  4. Not show signs of misuse or intentional damage

Products that are heavily used, damaged by customers, or missing packaging may not qualify.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items may not be returned:

  4. Gift cards/vouchers
  5. Personalized/customized items
  6. Hygiene-sensitive items after opening

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details
  3. Explain the issue
  4. Upload supporting photos if necessary
  5. Await approval instructions

Customers may be asked to:

  1. Drop off the item
  2. Arrange pickup
  3. Return through a delivery partner

5. Inspection & Approval

Returned products may be inspected before approval.

If approved:

  1. A replacement may be issued
  2. Refund may be processed
  3. Store credit may be provided

If rejected:

  1. Product may be returned to the customer

Depending on the reason for return:

  2. Customers may cover shipping for non-defective returns
